21 DAYS OF PRAYER — WEEK 3  (January 28-February 3)
“… be devoted to prayer”   Romans 12:12

Do you struggle in prayer and feel you need to grow in this area of your life?  Beginning January 14th each of our campuses will be having a 21 Day Prayer Emphasis.  This will be a great opportunity for you to learn more about prayer.  There will be weekly small groups on prayer you can attend; an online 21 Day Devotional for you to watch; prayer cards will be available at a resource table and “A Praying Life” by Paul Miller will also be available for purchase.   Join us for the next 21 days and see God move in powerful ways in your relationship with Christ, in your life of prayer and in our churches.

Day 15       January 28th

Pray for Your Pastors – “Now we ask you, brothers and sisters, to acknowledge those who work hard among you, who care for you in the Lord.” I Thessalonians 5:12.

Day 16       January 29th 

Deeper Love for People – Pray you will have a love for all people. “… love one another, even as I have loved you, that you also love one another” John 13:34.

Intimacy with God – Pray you will get closer to God.   “Show me your ways, Lord, teach me your paths” Psalm 25:4.

Day 18       January 31st   

Boldness – Pray for godly boldness in your life. “… the righteous are bold as a lion” Proverbs 28:1

Day 19       February 1st

Forgiving Others – Pray for people who have wronged you. “For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your Heavenly Father will also forgive you” Matthew 6:14.

Day 20       February 2nd    

Next Generations – Pray for the generations that come after you. “Even when I am old and gray, do not forsake me, my God, till I declare your power to the next generation, your mighty acts to all who are to come” Psalm 71:18.

Surrender – Surrender you will to God’s will. “Father, if you are willing, take this cup from me; yet not my will, but yours be done” Luke 22:42.

Family and Friends – Pray for those dearest to you.  “If we walk in the light as He Himself is in the light, we have fellowship with one another” I John 1:7.

Effective in Worship – Pray you will be a person of worship.  “Worship the Lord with gladness; come before him with joyful songs” Psalm 100:2.

Day 11       January 24th

Covering of The Blood of Jesus – Pray you will understand the authority of the blood of the Christ. “For you know that it was not with perishable things such as silver or gold that you were redeemed from the empty way of life handed down to you … but with the precious blood of Christ” I Peter 1:18-19.

Leading of The Holy Spirit – Pray the Holy Spirit will bring things to your mind to pray about.  “But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things” John 14:26.

Enemies – Pray about forgiving those who have hurt you. “Bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you” Luke 6:28.

Hope for a Hopeless Day – Pray for continual hope regardless of the situations in life.  “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him” Romans 15:13.

Doors to Be Opened – Pray God will open doors in your life. “Here I am! I stand at the door and knock.  If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me” Revelation 3:20.
