WHAT’S GOING ON AT DEL SOL KIDS?
Age-appropriate care and classes for babies through 6th grade, while parents attend Worship Services and Adult Small Groups.
Offered at all three campus locations:

East Montana // 13690 Montana at 9:30 & 11:00 // Becky Myers, Childrens’ Minister
East // 11501 Vista Del Sol at 9:00, 10:30 & 12:00 // Cheryl Reed, Childrens’ Minister
Additionally, the following programs are offered at the Del Sol Church East Location throughout the week:
Age-appropriate classes for babies – 6th grade during morning and evening Small Groups.
WEDNESDAYS & FRIDAYS:
Mother’s Day-Out (MDO) program for babies – 3rd grade from 8:45 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. Care is available for a nominal fee. Call 915-479-0114 for space availability.
AWANA program is available for 2 year olds (by 9/1/16) – 6th grade. Classes are provided for babies – 2 year olds for parents attending Small Groups here at church and for parents who help in AWANA. AWANA operates during the school year and ends on April 26, 2017.
Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS PM) meets (September through May) on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month from 6:45 pm. – 8:00 p.m.
Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS) meets (September through May) on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month from 9:15 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Care and classes are provided for children while mothers enjoy a warm breakfast, hear a guest speaker and complete a craft.
Parents’ Nite Out (PNO) is generally provided on the first Friday of each month for parents (who attend our church) to drop off their children (babies – 6th grade) at the church for a night filled with fun activities in a safe environment while parents enjoy a night out. There is a nominal fee.
Other programs available through the Del Sol Kids Ministry:
MUSTARD SEED FAITH
This ministry is for 6th graders and their families. There are some Sunday afternoon worship services and some service projects (usually on Saturday mornings) so that 6th graders and their families can reach out to the community.

LEADING A CHILD TO CHRIST TRAINING // February 12, 2017 // All three locations
Parents of 1st through 6th grade: We will offer a training on the ABC’s of Leading A Child To Christ. This is an introductory course which leads up to the Basic Beliefs class to follow after this training. The training is offered at 9:00 a.m. at the East Campus and at 9:30 at Northeast and East Montana Campuses. This class will provide parents the tools needed to share the plan of salvation with their children and to answer important questions.
CHILDREN’S BAPTISM CLASS (Basic Beliefs) // February 19, 26 and March 5, 2017 // All three locations
Basic Beliefs is a class for children who have recently accepted Christ and/or are awaiting baptism. This three-session class is offered from 9:00 – 10:15 a.m. at the East Campus and 9:30 to 10:45 at Northeast and East Montana. All children should complete this class prior to being baptized. This is a parent/child class.
Once a year events:
PRE-TEEN CAMP // July 17-21, 2017 (Monday – Friday)
The camp is for kids who have completed 3rd grade – kids who have completed 6th grade. The cost is $300 (early registration) and the $50 deposit is due by February 15. Fort Lone Tree Camp is located at Capitan, New Mexico.
VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL // June 11, 18, 25 (All 3 locations). VBS will happen in our Sunday Kids’ classes. A celebration for all 3 campuses will take place on June 25 at the East Campus. Kids are invited to bring their friends during this 3-Sunday event.
